Very unprofessional experience. They were unable to provide even basic information, and the reservation process was terrible. After I made a reservation and changed my travel plans accordingly, they suddenly canceled it. Also, the 5-star reviews appear questionable and seem to come from accounts associated with the company itself.

We booked a 3 person flight over the pyramids (via GetYourGuide) 2 months in advance and the day before the booking they “could not find any booking”. Everything was paid. Almost no responses and also no other solution. I see we’re not the first one that experienced this. Hoping for a solution as this was a very special gift to someone.

If you have a flight tour booked with swiftjet via getyourguide then apply for a refund asap. The process is a joke and the tour will be cancelled just before the start time. The place is a joke.
