The worst airlines I have ever seen! My direct flight was changed to a transit flight with >3h in arrival time and I wan given no choice to change or decline it. They have outsourced the customer service apparently and all you get is mechanical responses with no sense. I referef to their policy published on their website for my rights and it was totally ignored. Then I wrote to the email address given in their website and no response… my money got wastef and I had to book another flight… disasterous service in the year of 2023!!!

Our take-off was delayed by nearly 4 hours. When we arrived, I noticed that they opened my suitcase and stole my watch. This was the way there. After the return trip, I received my suitcase in pieces. I do not recommend this airline to anyone!

2:45 hours delay on the flight TI 845 from Antalya to Prague. The flight should have departed at 5:30. But it is going to depart earliest at 8:15.

The airline only gets the one star because it flew us there and back after all. I booked a family vacation with a travel agency, I didn't know it was with this airline. I hadn't even heard of them before. Now I can say that it was the first and last time we flew with them. All their flights were delayed. They changed at the last minute when and on which route we fly. The plane was delayed a lot, e.g. we left Sunday afternoon and didn't arrive in Antalya until Monday morning with two small children. On the way back, the morning plane didn't leave until mid-morning. No information, zero kindness. On the first flight, there wasn't even a safety demonstration, the pilot didn't say a word. Never going anywhere with them again.
