Operations do an outstanding job always ahead of the game and preparing flights the best way. Talon Air Management is outstanding and invest themselves 200%. You can feel that there are motivated people working hard to provide high end service and dedication. Aircraft are in excellent condition. This company has no heart. When my friend's son was killed (she didn't know he was a victim until much later-just that he was shot) in the Parkland shooting, she enlisted Talon Air to get to her son as soon as possible. They knew the circumstances of her need to be in Florida. Not only did they charge $18,000.00 for the flight, they charged another $18,000.00 for the empty return flight. Talon Air is heartless and preyed on this grieving family.
