1st time user of Thunderbird Aviation, and it was an awesome experience. The line crew was super fast and efficient getting my pax on their way. And, they were willing to get the horse watered before putting it away. The customer service team has been very helpful too. I have had multiple rental car needs that have changed, and they were very helpful getting all of that situated. I am returning there tomorrow, and look forward to seeing the whole team again.

We had an amazing experience with Thunderbird Aviation. We booked a sunset photo flight and our Pilot, Clay, was very friendly and professional. From calling us beforehand to see if we wanted to move our flight up for optimal lighting to his explanations of everything that was happening during flight we couldn't have been happier. On top of that he is a extremely skillful pilot who made the whole flight an experience we will never forget. We will definitely be back again in the future and would highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Cliff! The man knew my angles for pictures and taught me a lot for my introductory flight! He also showed me some tricks while in the air! I felt extremely safe and comfortable with Cliff and will definitely come back!

Awesome experience! My wife purchased a voucher for the "Learn to Fly" experience through Virgin Experience (you can book directly through their company too) for a birthday present and it did not disappoint! Mike was my flight instructor and was top notch the whole trip. Not even thinking about it, we flew near my place of employment and altered our route slightly to grab a picture. Everything that Mike was doing he was explaining what and why he was doing it. The 30 minutes is a fair amount of time but it goes quick when this is your first time taking the controls! Highly recommend, especially as a gift for someone interested in flying!! Flying over lake Minnetonka is a huge plus with the great scenery.

Took a sunset scenic flight with pilot Mark. Amazing experience!!! 1000/10 recommend. Mark was awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a very smooth flight and the views were gorgeous.
