An absolute disgrace from the "company". With a cancelled flight (e.g. 07.09.2025. Zadar - Osijek) you are left to your own devices, because the gentlemen will organize absolutely nothing for you, neither alternative transport, nor hotel, nor meal... To make it even more embarrassing, the injured passengers have to make a request for a refund themselves, instead of the money being automatically refunded. They probably count on no one knowing about this procedure, so they can keep the money for a service they did not provide. Tell all your relatives and friends to avoid Trade Air as much as possible if at all possible.

June 15, 2025. Flight Bergamo Orio al Serio/Marsa Alam: a terror. We're still stuck on the runway. During takeoff, the plane began to slide left and right in an S-shaped zigzag pattern, until it stopped in the middle of the runway. We've been stuck for 30 minutes. They told us we're going back to the gate because they need to get a document. Lie! Why don't they change planes? What will happen? Never again. No real communication, and the plane is in dilapidated condition. I don't know what kind of vacation it will be. Let's hope we arrive safe and sound.

Great 👍 flight with TradeAir/SprintAir Saab 340 was clean and efficient for this route. The leg room was perfect 👌

I am most certainly going to fly with TradeAir again. Flight between Osijek and Zagreb was short, with not so many leg space. Flight attendant was nice and it seemed that she knew her job. Because all the passangers have shown up early for the flight, we arrived to Zagreb few minutes before the appointed time.
