My experience with this airline was a complete disaster, and as such, I can only give it a negative rating. During my first trip with this airline, my luggage was damaged and the contents were ruined due to the water that had infiltrated it. In addition, I was not compensated for the damage that was done to my luggage or its contents. Because this airline does not take responsibility for these damages or compensate customers, I would strongly advise against choosing this airline for any future travel.

Worst scam airline! Delays are guaranteed and you have to hand over your hand luggage when queuing!

The biggest XXX store ever – only one piece of hand luggage allowed, laptop bags aren't permitted. So, laptop in hand, bag folded up, and stuffed into the suitcase... Thanks for nothing!
