Very bad experience to visit as usual tally very slow CFS not able to find the location no truck/ pickup parking inside the facility.

This is not good company for the customer. Really i face very trouble to handle my small shipment. The staff of this company not cooperative. I mail about 14th time but not received any reply .so late responding is the mistake of company but thay also charged for storage that is very expensive. I suggest to use another way before face trouble with this company. Like me Thanks

I recently had an experience with Transworld Group that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I received an email from them regarding moving out of my property, but unfortunately, it did not mention that I needed an NOC from the Owner. As someone who is not experienced in these matters, I was unaware of this requirement. When I reached out to Transworld Group for assistance, I encountered difficulties. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone calls and messages, I received no response. When I did manage to speak with someone, I found the communication to be lacking in professionalism and empathy. In particular, Minette and her team were unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of offering support or guidance, they were rude and unwilling to assist. Even when I provided all the necessary forms and letters as requested, I was met with resistance and obstacles. One instance that stands out is when I finally reached Minette, she rudely informed me that she was busy at church and could not respond to my queries. This lack of accountability and professionalism only added to my frustration. Furthermore, attempts to follow up with Transworld Group for a quotation for paint and inspection have been met with silence. Despite my efforts to communicate, I have been ignored. Overall, my experience with Transworld Group has been extremely disappointing. I expected better communication, professionalism, and customer service. I hope they take this feedback constructively and work towards improving their processes and customer relations in the future

I and my friends had an opportunity of having a company visit here. The staff is friendly and full of knowledge. They consider their work as working at home and the ship as their own and part of life. It was an amazing experience.
