My wife and I didn't want to miss a full day of our trip to the Bahama's after American Air canceled our connecting flight. I called Treasure Air out of the blue to see if they could get us there from Miami and they were so awesome! Elainna was so helpful with all the prep...I sent her everything via email while we waited for our initial flight from Memphis to Miami with American. We landed in Miami, took an Uber about 25 minutes away to Signature and were on a plane within 20 minutes. Such a fantastic experience. Great pilot (Don) and great help from Elainna!

Our company has been flying with Don (the pilot) and Elainna (the ops mgr) for years now and it is always a pleasure. They are always accommodating to our many demands such as last minute travel, multiple destinations in a day, and execute the services in a timely and professional manner. Whenever we charter a plane to quickly get to the islands we almost always use Treasure Air unless in the rare instance they are not available to fly due to having maintenance done on their plane. (Which is a comforting in itself that proper maintenance is being done). All in all I highly recommend flying and chartering planes with this husband/wife duo.
