I couldn't have asked for a better support system on this journey. First time having to use the service of an Air Ambulance and Team Trinity did not disappoint. From ground zero in Jamaica to traveling all the way to Atlanta each team member made this an experience to remember. Thanks Lisa for the support before and after leaving Jamaica and while our journey continued in Georgia. Teacher Thomas and gentle Paul you made my husband journey feel easy despite his body being in pain and the many things I learnt while in the air. We had a FABULOUS experience with Trinity Air Ambulance International! Since we had an emergency health situation dealing with my husband needing immediate emergency medical transportation back to the United States from Providenciales, in Turks and Caicos. I am so grateful that the emergency medical team at InterHealth Canada hospital recommended them to us! From my initial call, their professionalism, friendliness, confidence and assurance to me was incredibly valuable! Lisa, co-owner, was able to answer EVERY question and concern I had, as did Tom the Chief medic, who brought medical understanding and humor to help guide me through what seemed like a nightmare! Their willingness to speak to me at all hours and offer me reassurance and kindness, will never be forgotten! The journey from the hospital in Provo all the way to Ft Lauderdale was safe, exciting, beautiful, and we had full confidence in the entire team including the EMTs that picked us up at the airport, the other medic, Leo, that accompanied us all the way with Tom, both of the pilots, the organized ambulance that met us at the airplane ,and then Lisa had arranged us to go to Holy Cross hospital in Ft Lauderdale (which has a premier Stroke center and was the most impressive hospital we have ever experienced!) Afterwards, at the hospital in Florida and when we returned home in Rhode Island, Lisa was available for all my phone calls and was so supportive! Gratitude is an understatement for the service we received! It certainly not the vacation we had planned, but luckily my husband was saved through the entire medical journey we endured - and Trinity played a key role in his success. Thank you all for making this horrible experience one we could navigate!!!

After an injury on a cruise ship and being disembarked in a foreign country with less than adequate healthcare, getting home to the US was a top priority. Trinity Air Ambulance International was a true lifeline. From the very first call to the final coordination, their communication was clear, constant, and incredibly reassuring. They brought a sense of calm into complete chaos and handled every detail with professionalism and compassion. Our family recently used Trinity Air Ambulance for the emergency transfer of our critically ill loved one from Doctors Hospital Nassau to Jacksonville, and we cannot speak highly enough of their service. Trinity was an absolute life-saver for my husband. From the very first phone call, Lisa and her team were compassionate. Coordinating an international air ambulance transfer can be overwhelming, especially during a medical crisis, but Trinity handled every detail seamlessly -- from medical clearances, immigration clearances, to communication with both hospitals. The flight crew was exceptional. The medical team was calm, highly skilled, and attentive. They carefully monitored my husband's condition and kept me informed at every stage, which gave me tremendous peace of mind during an otherwise frightening time. Their professionalism and empathy truly stood out. The aircraft was well-equipped, functioning essentially as a flying ICU. Knowing that such advanced care was available during flight made all the difference for our family. Thanks to Lisa and Trinity Air Ambulance, my husband arrived safely in Jacksonville and was smoothly transferred to the receiving medical team's ICU without delay. Lisa kept me informed every step of the way; when the aircraft was mid-flight, when they landed, when he arrived at the hospital in Jacksonville and the name of the nurse he was handed to as well as the room and contact number. In one of the most stressful moments of our lives, Trinity Air Ambulance provided not only critical medical transport, but also reassurance and humanity.
