We had the best experience with this crew. Free valet upon arrival. Super friendly and welcoming crew. Pilots were very nice and extremely prompt. Flight was smooth and offered a great opportunity for photos to Bimini. I highly recommend this service.

Great smooth experience was a bit surprised there was no shuttle to and from the main airport. Nice place friendly staff. And enjoyable flight 👍👍

Great experience and Exceptional Service!! I used Tropic Ocean Airways for a flight from Bimini to FLL. It was my first time on a seaplane and every part of the experience was great. After booking, I received notification of luggage weight limit. I was nervous that I was over, so emailed the office for assistance. I didn't expect to get a response, but I did! Viviana emailed immediately and, after back and forth ending up calling me to discuss. I really appreciate the high-touch experience she created, along with peace of mind about my booking. The pilot and crew were great. It was an easy, short flight. However, once I got home (NC), I realized my car key had fallen out of my luggage on the plane. It as afterhours, so I emailed Viviana. Again, an immediate response and they took action to find my key - which they did! I have a new go-to travel company for my vacations from FLL/Miami! A huge thanks to all the staff, especially Viviana and her exceptional service.

Bahamas in a Day with Tropic Ocean Airways was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment you arrive, everything feels elevated. Flying from the private jet terminal is such a calm, seamless, and special experience. It completely removes the usual stress of airports and sets the tone for the whole day. The flight itself is an experience in its own right. It’s incredibly fast, smooth, and actually quite exciting – you’re not just getting to the destination, it feels like part of the adventure. I also have to mention Roxy – after a particularly stressful morning, she made me feel so much better about going ahead with the trip on a day i could have easily backed out. Her energy and reassurance made a real difference and is a real credit to the company.

I have flown private charter with Tropic Oceans twice in last 2 months. 5 stars all the way. The booking process with Giovanni, was flawless and super helpful. The pilots Ricardo, Lucas and Jose are the industry best pilots. Rob the owner has been great took with. Highly recommend!!!
