Just so you know, in the event of an air traffic controllers' strike, TwinJet does not provide any refunds.

While the cabin crew were very friendly, the telephone service left much to be desired. They get angry with you on the phone when you're trying to find information, and when you finally get through to someone pleasant, they tell you to send an email to a generic address, even though you're scheduled to fly the next morning... In short, it needs improvement. I gave it two stars because the cabin crew deserved at least four. We'll take the average.

I used this company for the first time for a business trip from Lille to Brest. I was very pleasantly surprised; they offered a free drink and sandwich, a small 18-seater plane with a friendly and smiling crew, and a 1.5-hour flight with no delays.
