Their Phata helipad service is utterly mismanaged and disgraceful.Here the staff don’t follow the timings mentioned in the IRCTC tickets. Behaviour is very unacceptable and rude. We were travelling with kids. Inspite of mentioned time, they were very biased to send others beyond the time frame. Better to AVOID this heli service for Kedarnath yatra for Phata to Kedarnath helicopter service.

The worst of worst company to fly to kedarnath. They are making people wait from morning and when people ask questions the old people sitting hungry from morning in their tin shed waiting room the giral on rception are beahaving arrogantly and saying if we ask questions they will not progess. They are going on lunch break every 15 minutes hanging people in wonder and in sickness. They even had two people killed due to shortage of oxugen and making them wait. The two old couple were having shortage of oxygen and were fainting and yet they were not taking action. The girls named shanti and divya are not listening to nayone and hanging the devotees recklessly. They are not even listening to people pleading and putting hand on head or looking down to not look oeoplein eye and not answering to people.
