Recently used Universal jet after calling several other companies. Christian Matteis gave me the best price which was substantially less then a few others of the bat and avoided wasting my time while the others couldn't even tell me the specifics. It was a god send in difficult time. I highly recommend universal jet and Christian Matteis.

Couldn't recommend them more for a few reasons- First of all, I called two companies to get two quotes to compare, and I'm glad I did! The other company came in $10k higher than Universal Jet. I told the other company I was waiting for a quote from another broker, and they came down $5k, then later another $3k, then finally another $2k and they were still $1,000 more than Universal Jet was from the beginning. Universal Jet gave me the best available price right from the start, while the other company tried to make as much commission on the same flight as possible. Next, when we there was an issue with the plane (the a/c went out), Christian at Universal quickly found us a replacement plane, and only a better class of plane was available, so he upgraded the plane at no additional cost to us! We were traveling to attend a funeral, and Christian knew it, so I can't say he would do the same in any situation, but he certainly took good care of us! Lastly, we have never taken a private jet before, but because we had to go quickly and didn't want to fly commercial during COVID we decided to splurge a little, and we were so glad that we did! The whole experience is amazing. You arrive just a few minutes before your flight, pull your car right up to the plane so they can load your luggage and a valet takes your car and has it waiting for you when you get back. The flight take off is so much smoother and faster than a regular commercial plane, and quieter during flight too. We brought our two dogs with us, and because you pay per plane instead of per seat, we brought a friend along with us too for no additional cost. I get why people fly private all the time if they can afford to- cause it's the best way to travel! And if we decide to splurge again, I'm definitely calling Universal Jet first next time!

Absolutely one of the best experiences of my life flying with Universal Jet/UJet. The luxury of travel along with impeccable customer service and amenities from the CEO Christian Matteis down to the Pilots and even their grounds crew. Life is good when Flying with UJet!!

WOW! My company got the best rate along with five start customer service. U-Jet is our only choice for all our upcoming private jet charter trips. I highly recommend them! Ask for Christian. He's extremely professional and gives us the best prices by far.
