Professional, veteran service. Miguel and jorge took excelent care of my wife. They were with us the entire way from bedside to bedside. Really comforting and caring demeaner, helped make a scary situation way less anxiety filled. Thank you guys!

My family had to use the services of USMX AirLink Air Ambulance, when my father shattered his hip while on vacation in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. After spending 5 days in hospital in Mexico, it was finally time to be flown back to Calgary, Canada (as per my father's insurance requirements). Miguel and his crew showed up at the hospital and immediately set the tone for a very comfortable and smooth trip home. From the preparation of getting my dad to the airport from the hospital, to the flight itself, then to the hospital in Calgary, the whole team was extremely caring and thoughtful from start to finish. My mother, who accompanied my father on the long journey back, was extremely impressed, saying "What a lovely group of people. They made all the difference with what was a very stressful and exhausting situation, and ensured every single thing was taken care of." As their son, not having any experience with this type of situation before, I was relieved to know that my parents were in extremely good professional hands. It can't be easy transporting patients who are injured or in critical health emergencies, and they do an outstanding job of it. I would recommend their company and service 1000x over. Incredible work. ...My father had reconstructive hip replacement surgery one day later and is already on the road to recovery.

I want to share my true and honest opinion working with Airlink Ambulance. Here is the short Version: They provide a Phenomenal Service at the Best Value, they are Reputable, Honest and Trustworthy. Long Version: I have never had to deal with contracting an Air Ambulance, until February 11, 2026. We had the unfortunate news that my brother had suffered a life threatening illness on route from Mexico to the US. Throughout the stay in Mexico the hospitals were ill equip to provide for his care. Had he stayed there my brother would have passed shortly after. The process of finding an air ambulance was started by calling the US Embassy in Mexico. The representative guided me to locate the resources available for land and air Ambulances. I started quoted all of the companies available to see which one would provide the best value and the best service. Once I called Airlink, I was informed that I was speaking with the Dr. that was in charge of the flight. If we chose to go with his company he would be transporting my brother from the bed in the hospital in Mexico to the Bed in the Hospital in the Unites States. He was patient, professional, attentive, respective, and answered all of my questions timely efficiently. He coordinated with hospital staff in Mexico and in the United States. He spoke fluent English and Spanish, answered the questions that I had. One obstacle that he helped me overcome was to transport him the same day. All of the other airlines informed that it would not be possible because Phx sky harbor airport closed the strip for small airplanes. I don't know how they did it, but he managed to transport him the same day, and still land in Phoenix Sky Harbor. I am Very pleased with all of the services that this company has provided. I am especially thankful for to Dr. Miguel Cortes, for his unparalleled service. I would recommend him and his company 100 times over. Thank you Airlink for transporting my brother to Arizona. He now has a fighting chance at life.

After breaking both my hip and my shoulder in Mexico City I was whisked away to a very good hospital, had excellent surgery and my doctor recommended that I take an air ambulance home to Canada. The Air Link Air Ambulance service is very high quality, the flight crew professional and the aid attendants are very attentive and astute. I recommend this service if you need a horizontal ride home.

My husband and I flew with AirLink Air Ambulance from Puerto Vallarta to Vancouver, BC via Tijuana. We were both very well attended to. We were accompanied by Dr. Benjamin Flores and EMT Omar Ortiz and they took excellent care of my husband. Before we left, Dr. Flores informed me of everything I needed to know about how the day would progress. They were both fabulous - so friendly and so caring. This is certainly an excellent company with outstanding physicians and EMTs! More than five-star!!
