The airline itself is terrible. 8 ⏰️ They delayed the flight. The website doesn't respond. The phone doesn't work. Don't buy a ticket from them. Flight 759.

Airlines couldn't be worse or more greedy. They rescheduled my flight for seven days without explanation.

Expensive time of day! The worst company! They cancelled tickets without warning! Better to pay 500 rubles more and fly with another airline.

First of all, a service I've never been charged for at any airport in my life turned out to be paid for here! I stood in a huge line, went to the representative office, and they didn't help at all, just told me to go there. Where? What? I also flew with UTair from Moscow, and at the check-in counter, for FREE, without any hassle, they did what would have taken me at least half an hour here. It was all due to back-and-forth messaging, unwillingness to work, lazy staff, and just plain indifference. If you provide a service, do it well. Wasted energy and money, and a small problem barely resolved, even by myself! Horrible!
