Idk why these guys cant fix planes but every time I try leaving the shop its got three more problems, if I could leave 0 stars I would. Get your act together guys lives are on the line.

Don’t go here, CEO is a liar and a cheat. Management is just as bad. Supporting this business only enforces the horrible treatment and disrespect management give to their staff.

I needed to book a very last-minute private charter flight (less than 24 hours notice), and Ventura Air Services went above and beyond to help me make this trip possible. They maintained constant communication with me as we went through the booking process and were able to accommodate our multiple last-minute changes. When the weather took a turn for the worse just an hour before the scheduled departure, they exhausted every possible option to find nearby airports and alternate routes--and this was all happening between 11 pm - 1 am on a Friday! I truly can't say enough great things about Steven and Maureen at Ventura Air Services considering their exceptional customer service. I would gladly book all of my future travel with them!
