Western Aircraft.

Never flown into Boise until yesterday. Parking at Western, what a great experience! The line crew was excellent, the terminal wonderful, the service superior and the courtesy ride to the hotel all followed the same fantastic theme: provide a great experience. Will definitely come back.

My student and I flew into Boise for a fuel stop over the weekend. We ended up having to stay over night due to storms. This was not my first time at Western, each time I’ve had a great experience. Reese and Matt were wonderful in helping us. Same with the women at the front desk the night of Sunday the 27th. Highly recommend stopping into Western for GA aircraft at KBOI.

Had never stopped here previously but near the end of a 1000 mile cross country got weathered in with my small plane and chose Western more or less at random and was treated like I’d flown in on a Gulfstream rather than my 85 horsepower putt putt machine. Was greeted at the entrance to the ramp by a “follow me” vehicle, hangar space was ready to go, etc, etc.. Special kudos to the line personnel who were exceptional and the counter people were truly great. The lounge and pilot facilities also exceptional. These guys really deliver. Won’t even be tempted to look elsewhere next time I stop in Boise.

Fantastic FBO experience! All of the personnel were so kind and hard working! The facilities were well kept, clean, and comfortable. This FBO certainly knows how to show genuine appreciation for military and provided prompt, professional fuel servicing. The staff answered any questions we had and were helpful with connecting us to airport staff who could assist us with weight bearing issues. Thanks for the support western!

Great spot to stop. Really clean facilities and nice snacks available. Friendly personnel that go above and beyond. Great experience.
