Write a review? I don't know where to start or when to stop. My first after thoughts were... !!!!!!!!!WOW!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! I will never fly Commercial again. We pull into Will Smith Avation. Ericka Smith greets us with the most professional, polite, and very attentive attitude. There is no line of people. There is no crowd. There is no waiting for your turn. There are no disgruntled people who will make your flight delayed or miserable. I am the only customer. Will Smith Avation was waiting for us. From the moment I walked into Will Smith Avation I was center of attention. Everyone was focused on me and my daughter's needs. I was able to meet some of the staff who helped put this journey together for me. Chandler, who was very welcoming, and professional. Will Smith who was our pilot, and to my surprise Ericka was our Co-pilot! My daughter and I stood back while these incredible people who knows their business and know exactly how a customer wants to be treated, retrieved our belongings from the limousine and loaded the plane. Our flight to Key West was so special. We didn't have to deal with any passengers who had issues!!! We had a beautiful personal flight with these incredible people! We arrived at Will Smith Avation and including the gretting time we were in Key West in under an hour. We are in Key West before we could have gotten through the airport with Commercial. Once arriving there was a limo which was arranged by Ericka Smith. The limo was to ensure we were able to go anywhere at anytime during our 10 day stay. . The incredible professionalism that Ericka and William handled our vacation planning was so impressive. I will never fly Commercial again! If you are wanting to go on a real journey you must give Will Smith Avation a call!! I promise you that you will have the same incredible experience my daughter and I had, and you will feel special with Will Smith Avation! They know there business, and they know you're expectations without saying a word! If you don't give Will Smith Avation a try you are missing out on a real treat, that you deserve! Thank you Captain William Smith, Ericka, and Chandler! My daughter and I have an experience that will last a life time!!!! We will see you again soon!!!
