A great flight, not the first time!!! My acquaintance with the company began when they came to the rescue of Azur. Excellent prices, super service, polite crew. The last flight was to Croatia, thanks again for the flight))) Now I want to try your ATR ))

The company isn't interested in retaining its clients. The luggage was totally damaged but they told me they bear NO responsibility for this. I understand that happens sometimes but the company's policies are putting the clients off

Everything is fine, on time, and efficient. You exit at Boryspil through a corridor, not a bus. I'm sure all airlines are going through tough times right now, so I'm grateful to everyone who's working despite all this quarantine and restrictions. Without explanation, our departure time from Hurghada was changed from 19.10 on March 8, 2020, to 5:55 on March 8, 2020, and as a result, we lost a day of our paid vacation. We received no compensation. Thank you very much.

Typical fake of UIA/Privatgroup - no onlinecheckin. Making big reklama about buying extra legroom seats - simply - you cannot buy them online. If to buy by online-chat - 5 USD "fee" extra per person per leg....haha.Choice - no! Price for extra legroom - due to homepage row 1-3:30 USD,others - 7 USD...in real - they charge 30 USD for row 12...yes,per leg,per person!So, not 7 - 35 USD! For a flight in a cramped,25 year old E145 with likely a not spotless maintenance history.....for me its scam.Cheaper and more comfortable even to drive by car to Bucharest or Sofia.
