This is the worst airline there is. First, they cancelled the flight to the destination two days before departure, then they cancelled the return flight, also two days before departure, and they still haven't refunded my money. They haven't offered any alternatives either. None of the phone numbers on the website work, and you can contact them by email, but they only respond after a week, even after you've sent five emails. Anyone who wants to ruin their trip, welcome!

We flew Kyiv-Batumi-Kyiv. We arrived in Batumi safely, everything was on time. The plane was really beat up, I've never seen such a terrible one. I booked the tour through a tour operator, and I'll never take another tour like that again! If I'd known what I'd be flying on, I would have refused. Honestly, the flight was scary; the plane was very old and smoky, and the restroom was a whole other story! The flight back home to Kyiv was delayed by 12 hours, and then another hour at the airport.

I booked a ticket from Jordan to Kiev, and after I paid the money, they told me that the flight was canceled, and I tried to communicate via email and Viber, but there is no response. When the flight is canceled, the money must be returned to the owner, of course I will file a case against this company

This is crap, not a company. Read reviews about them on Facebook. They constantly reschedule flights, cancel them, and don't refund money. We flew from Kyiv to Batumi on July 17th. The scheduled departure was 7:30 AM, but the actual departure was 10:10 AM. The scheduled flight time was 2:20 AM, but the actual flight time was 4 hours. We flew via Greece. We planned to arrive in Batumi at 11 AM, but it was 4 PM. We were lucky; some people wait 12 hours for Yanair flights in the terminals. The photo shows the Kharkiv-Batumi flight. A company that has no moral right to provide this kind of service!!!! They treat people like cattle. Flight Odessa-Batumi, July 9. More than half the passengers were children!!! Of all ages, including a baby. It took us two days to get to Batumi!!!!! Including a sleepless, hungry night. The ticket was far from cheap, but the flight attendant constantly shut us up, reminding us to look at the tickets and the price. And that parents were supposed to stock up on cookies for the children. This was when people were asking for simple water. The insolence and rudeness of this flight attendant deserves a separate article. It would take too long to describe our ordeal, but someone definitely needs to punish this "shady company."
