Appreciate that this company shares product spec sheets of the Btk, including health guidelines. Very responsible and transparent.

I haven't used Zimmer before personally, but I know they do great work. We are also a neighbour at the airport (cyqs) The 1 star review is clearly aimed at damaging the company's reputation despite it being clear from the review itself that Zimmer was not to blame for the lack of service (by-law restrictions). Reviews like these are extremely hurtful and do not accurately represent a company's level of service. Absolutely uneccessary given the vendors lack of ability to control the situation. Keep up the great work guys.

Unreliable!!!!! We signed up (in good faith), as did many of our neighbours by March 1st, 2021 and subsequently submitted contract, payment information and waivers based on their timelines to have our trees sprayed for gypsy moths. We received an email cancelling their service, 1 week before spraying was to commence, advising us the ministry deemed our area "urban", and Zimmer Air would not be spraying. They did not give us enough notice to find alternatives to protect our infested trees. Since then, we have noticed, all the "multiple acre" lots in our neighbourhood, have Zimmer Air Services signs posted everywhere. How is that possible? Upon contacting Zimmer Air, I was told we could sign up again next year, and they could apply for a variance from the ministry. Why was that not done this year? They have not instilled enough confidence, for us to consider their service again, next year.
