FDM requires dedicated software, trained analysts, and a culture where data is used for improvement rather than punishment.

Physical Verification

The onsite audit means auditors walk through the maintenance hangar, inspect the dispatch office, sit in on training sessions, and interview pilots and mechanics. This is the difference between reviewing a training manual and watching a pilot in a simulator.
