Aero Air Charter excelled in every request my family made. From the moment we stepped into the FBO, their red carpet service was second to none. We had an amazing trip to and from Telluride, CO for our annual ski trip. The pilots were professional and exceedingly friendly. The accommodations in flight were wonderful with each of us having a special snack box filled with goodies. We can't wait to fly them again.

This private jet operation small fleet of 3 is excellent for Pensacola and can provide a quick in and out getaway that commercial flying cannot. The service is perfectly Pensacola with a casual feel but 5 star all the way. We had some changes to our itinerary and Aero was more than happy to adjust and accommodate. Our journey was a less than 24 hour leisure trip to Orlando with 5 adults and a baby on the Citation V aircraft. Flying time around an hour and 15. The ride came with 2 pilots and any drinks or snacks we requested. Our captain, Kit McCulley, with around 40 years flying experience (half military) provided a super comfortable safe flying experience. Despite high humidity and cloud cover, the ride in both directions was super smooth and all on board felt relaxed and with plenty of space on the 8 seater jet. This service is perfect for anyone traveling for business or leisure that’s looking for privacy and a high end way to get in and out quickly.

This was our third trip with Aero and all three experiences were superb. The planes are very clean and comfortable. The pilots and the team members we’ve met are extremely accommodating and professional. This is a real first-class operation that deserves more than 5 stars!
