I used jet partners to bring my parents home from Florida. They were very accommodating to my mother's medical need as well as mental they allowed the cats to ride with us . Made my mother so happy . The pilots were very cordial and informative . Even invited me to look up front . Hard pass but was nice . Overall a very comfortable experience would recommend
