We have worked closely with Berk to arrange two charter flights. He is efficient and thorough and friendly and helpful. The logistics support staff is right on point and ready to take care of anything you possibly need. I consulted with several private plane charters before choosing FlyUSA. It was the best decision I could have possibly made. We look forward to traveling with them again.

We use FlyUSA and cannot say enough good things about them! Jordan is always a phone call or text away and works overtime to always give us options. Fly USA is the only charter company I will ever use. The customer service team go above and beyond like no other. I especially have remarkable service from Connor Hourigan, who has at a drop of a dime, handled all of my flight arrangements with ease, and always takes the best care of me and my family. I have even been in situations were last minute I need a flight and he was right by my side, taking care of everything that was logistically necessary. Every aircraft the Connor has put me on has been exceptional! The whole team fly USA has taken great care of me from the moment I make the initial conversation, to the wonderful ladies, helping over see the catering and special request. I could never think of using anyone else but their services. This is a true example of what perfection in private chartering should be. In all of my experience no other company can compare. Wonderful experience! Our rep Matt and his team were fantastic!! Answered all of our questions and made the booking experience extremely smooth. Our pilots, Peter and Millard were perfect! Now, my husband and I just look at each other and question why we waited so long to make the decision for private. Lately, every single commercial flight we have taken includes a ridiculous story.
