BUYER BEWARE!!! They canceled my flight 3 days before it was supposed to happen and 3 months later haven't refunded my money (Over $20,000). They also provided me NO support when canceling. I even got a letter (attached) from their attorney that I am now a "Creditor" and they are looking for a way to pay their debts.

We had an urgent medical issue and while we didn’t need an air ambulance we did need to fly back to Richmond on short notice. Ryan and his team at CFG were wonderful. They found us a great plane and were wheels up in about three of hours, actually less. The crew was great. Wheels up to wheels down in three hours. Everyone made a stressful situation so much easier. Definitely recommend them.

Amazing service! I'd never worked with Charter Flight Group before and reached out with a very last-minute + urgent request. Ryan Firzyk responded so quickly and was able to get me a jet in a few hours. Incredible work, would recommend.

Ryan and his team were amazing to work with as much 88 year old mother needed a good amount of TLC and they gave it! Ryan was incredibly responsive and accommodated every need we had for our trips - I would highly recommend them not only for quality of planes, crew and pricing but also for their personal care for a successful trip!
