This place is easy to get to with plenty of parking for those who need to leave their vehicle overnight while away. Once inside, the staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating and lounge areas with clean restrooms. They have several nice vehicles to drive you to your aircraft. Side note: they are also really good at receiving catering if you need it delivered ahead of time, and then delivering it to your aircraft before you arrive.

Rude line guys. Unable to accommodate simple requests, made 2-3 hours in advance, such as parking close to the FBO due to elderly passenger. Asked line guy to get his supervisor, and he refused and walked away. Wouldn’t recommend this FBO for service or passenger experience. The facility itself is also very old and rundown — unlike Houston Hobby and Teterboro, which have great facilities. 2025-Mar-17 - The line guys are very unprofessional and unsafe. There was a foot or two between our wing and that of another Gulfstream, and the marshal gets angry at us for now moving faster. Completely unprofessional and unsafe.

Who else has fudgicles? And…if that’s not good enough after the flight on a hot Florida summer day on the ramp, they also have two delicious flavors of slushees awaiting!

The staff was very helpful. The waiting Rea and restrooms are very clean. Everyone was very attentive and you can tell that everything is attended to as it should be.
