The staff were very helpful. Even if you arrive after hours, someone remotely answers the phone. They aren't on the field, but they can still direct you. Note that they can't let you into the airport operations area remotely. The overnight tie-down fee was very reasonable, especially for the area. Don't forget to take the FAA's DC SFRA course if you're flying in!

Very nice FBO. Slightly disturbing wall décor of a bear being shot out of a tree. Free booze, I guess for passengers. I used to come here specifically for their excellent fuel prices, which were $1 less than my base at FDK. But now that they drove the other FBO away and have a monopoly, their fuel is as expensive as anywhere else, which is why I give them 4/5. Oh well, a good thing never lasts.

Our medical team had urgent patient transport to Hawaii and the last minute nature of the trip had us scrambling to find a vehicle in Kona. The Kuhn staff were happy to assist. I left my DL and CC with Caroline and we left. She worked her magic while I was in the air and kept in touch during the flight. We landed 12 hours later and a SUV was waiting on the tarmac, engine running. Her diligence and planning spared us a 90 minute transport delay with our sick patient and close to $1500. We needed our 4 member team present for a complicated maneuver into the home and everything went smoothly because we didn’t have to waste time picking up a car. Caroline made us look good to our distressed family. Thank you Kuhn Jet Center for helping us with a successful mission. It went like clockwork! See you next time!

Traveled to DC 3/19-3/20 and used KUHN. From the moment we landed we were very impressed. Great fuel prices and beautiful ramp and facilities. The staff were extremely professional. They were even able to accommodate our ground transportation. Thank you from the Pilots of N277SP.

Kuhn Jet Center is far better than it’s competition on the field in Leesburg, VA. If you need aircraft services in northern, Virginia - this is the place to go. Kuhn is located just 45 minutes outside of Washington, DC. This is only 10 minutes farther than the Dulles airport, yet you will have half the hassle of operating out of the larger airport here which will easily make up the time difference, not to mention the savings on landing fees. Their service is on par with the best FBO’s in the country, reminiscing that of some Sheltair, Signature, or Millionaire locations. I cannot recommend Kuhn Jet Center enough for all of your private aircraft service needs.
