Shout out to Andrew R at Paramount for helping me with a last minute time sensitve need to get to a difficult location at jet speed and with zero notice. Andrew had incredible communication throughout my request and entire process. I booked with Andrew while getting off of a commercial flight. I Ubered approx 30mins to a nearby FBO, walked right in, the pilot met me at the door, and we departed without hassle nor one second of delay. Andrew was even able to secure me a car at the destination which pulled up with perfect timing after we landed. Andrew's communication, customer service, and follow ups were excellent. The next time I have an urgent flight need he will be my first call. Thanks again, Andrew and Paramount team, for saving my day!

My fiancé and I, accompanied by our 3 giant breed dogs have just relocated to Costa Rica as of yesterday. None and I mean none of this would be possible without Andrew Ruszcyk and paramount business jets. It was so confusing to figure out how to get us all down there. Andrew took that stress off our backs the minute we had our first phone call. He handled everything humanly possible. It was truly an experience. Andrew even set up a car to pick us up and take us right up to the plane! There was even a rental waiting at the airport in Costa Rica. We chartered a light jet, popped champagne and had a blast! He worked within our budget and even double checked our paper work so we went through customs with ease. I never felt left out or confused. He always took the time to explain everything not just with detail but with real care. I felt like he was moving with us! This business has to be one of the only businesses walking the line of professionalism and consideration left. Companies just aren’t ran this way anymore. I felt like even with our smaller budget, Andrew treated us like royalty and I never felt any judgement when explaining our financial situation. I can’t go on enough about Andrew in specific. The comfort and ease made the price more than worth it. Usually moves are so hard and while this move certainly had its challenges, getting from Florida to Costa Rica was not one of them. Haven’t used their jet card, just chartering. We just completed our 8th flight with Paramount, this time to St Thomas and back, and have yet again been impressed. The planes are all privately owned so experiences vary of course, but they’ve all been great and Joella at Paramount is amazing. She got us quick quotes with multiple options each time, helpful tips about bringing our fur babies, catering recommendations, and more. She texts me the day of when we are leaving and even checks in on us after we land. She coordinates with both me and our house manager for details and the experience has been great. The prices are about what I expected and we plan to use them in the future for upcoming travels.

We were stuck in Bora Bora due to an airport strike in Tahiti with no resolution in sight except for a 8 hour boat ride on a cargo ship. We recruited some other stranded people from our hotel and chartered a jet the same day so we could all make our international flights. Joella made the process a breeze from start to finish.
