I could not have had a more positive experience with the sale of my aircraft. A hurricane was within 24 hours of striking the airport where my plane was for annual inspection, tie down outside. Scott above and beyond his contractual requirements to either get my plane moved to my home hanger, or obtain hanger space at the airport where the plane was tied down. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the performance of the planes as well as the avionics. He coordinated and took care of all of the transactional paperwork contracts escrow and inspections. He also coordinated a fairy pilot to bring me my aircraft and stayed in communication with all involved all the way through the moment of delivery. I would highly recommend Scott. Exceptional service and attention to detail from Scott and all of his staff. Communication was wonderful. Purchasing my first twin engine aircraft had me asking so many questions.I must have have called Scott or his staff dozens of times. Each call was met with patience and professionalism. When the insurance company required I have some training form a MEI that also had time in the rare aircraft I was purchasing, Scott found one for me. When I had to have the aircraft relocated after the purchase but prior to be insured on it, Scott found the pilot, airport and a hanger for me to keep it in.
