Naples Jet Center

Flew into Naples Jet 3/16/25 in a Citation for a few hours. The linemen towed the jet to a different area of the ramp for my departure. They charged me for and connected me to a GPU which failed right before my departure. Also, immediately upon rotation I also get a weight on wheels mis-compare CAS message. I ended having to divert because of this and only to discover that the linemen had bent a bracket that the nose weight on wheel switch was mounted to when they moved the aircraft. I contacted the lineman supervisor at Naples Jet who told me the FBO manager would reach out to me, but so far I haven't heard a thing.

Gold Aviation has had a great experience working with the team at Naples Jet Center. Their maintenance department is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication is clear, turnaround times are reliable, and we always feel Dave and the team are on our side. The FBO staff is just as impressive. Everyone is welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cares about taking care of both our crew and onboard guests. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well run, (with an amazing upstairs hang out balcony) which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. Naples Jet Center has become a go-to stop for us, and we truly value the relationship we’ve built with their team. We would absolutely recommend them to other operators.
