This is a great little backcountry airport to land at. I've been here a couple of times and the airspace is never busy. Coming in over the reservoir can sometimes be bumpy, but approach is easy and free of obstacles. The runway also isn't terribly wide (75 ft), but it's still an easy landing in a single engine. Plenty of parking here given the low traffic, and it's a short walk to the parking lot as well.

Nice folks, ran their asses off to get me out before the WX rolled in, knew how to fill my MU2 without being told. Someone else left three stars, that's nuts. It's a perfect little back country airport complete with no landing fee, reasonable fuel prices, and friendly staff. I love places like this.
