These guys are professional and honest from day one. Bought my first plane with Nick and his crew and now selling it to upgrade. If anyone needs help to find, buy, or sale aircraft he’s the man. Very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond.

The first airplane I sold I did so by myself. Since that aircraft was attractive to the training market, it was a quick and easy sell. But fast forward to selling my 2nd airplane (a PA32R) and doing so on my own wasn't as easy. I connected with Nick early in the process and he took it from there! I'd never used a broker/ agent before to sell an airplane, and had heard not-so-great stories about some. Nick, on the other hand, was great to work with. He took quality photos and video and took the time to chat and learn about the plane. He also did a nice job of finding that balance between keeping me involved "enough" without overburdening me with too much information. (That was one of the reasons I looked to hire someone like Nick - I got tired of responding to messages from people that weren't really serious.) If I have any criticism, it's only that the actual closing process took longer than either the buyer or I expected. Some of that was due to delays with paperwork, funds transfers, etc., but I still think it could've gone quicker. (But at that point it was in the hands of the escrow company, so not really Nick's fault.) Overall a great experience, and I'd recommend Nick and R3 Aviation to others!
