They are crooked. They consistently over-billed me for flights, even though I proved the billing was incorrect. They don’t put the customer first and make a bunch of excuses once they have your funds. Look elsewhere; there are much better, honest alternatives.

The only way I would ever recommend sentient jet is if you literally had no other option. I would rather fly commercial, middle seats, in the back row of now bankrupt spirit airlines than use their service. I have had nothing but issues with their company. Add on top of that the outright rude and unhelpful customer service. The carriers themselves are fine, but as a broker/intermediary literally every other jet service I’ve used has been 1000x better and as a general rule 10-30% cheaper. Save yourself the money and aggravation.
