Very nice FBO with really cool staff. Took great care of my passengers

I a wonderful experience at Signature Aviation at Scottsdale Airport (SDL). This was our first time visiting with my son, and it made the trip even more special. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The line crew was professional, quick, and very helpful guiding us in and assisting with the aircraft. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which always makes a big difference when you’re flying in. The facility itself is beautiful very clean, modern, and comfortable. The lounge area is great for relaxing, and the staff inside were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and really made us feel at home. What stood out the most was the overall professionalism and attention to detail. It’s clear that the team at Signature Aviation takes pride in providing a top tier experience for pilots and guests. It was a great first visit for me and my son, and we’ll definitely be looking forward to coming back the next time we fly into Scottsdale. Highly recommended!

The staff there is fantastic and the facility is impeccable.

Not so much. Line service asked to remove a cap on a potable water line - which was filthy. After doing so, lineman stated he did not have a connection. Asked where the poorly marked FBO entrance was; directed to wrong door and had trouble getting to where I needed to go. Had AC keys given to counter staff the night before for safe keeping. the next day line service did not know the combination to the safe they were locked in (had to be mailed back). Everything took too much time.

Spacious and modern FBO with a clean, upscale feel. The staff is quick, helpful, and friendly, making for an easy arrival and departure. Snacks and coffee are available in the lounge, which is bright and comfortable with plenty of seating for crews and passengers.
