World Jet One

My wife and I have to make a medical trip one to two time a year to a clinic where there are virtually no commercial flights. The problem started with hurricanes damaging their control tower and was exacerbated by the reign of covid when it was a bit frightening to fly with hundreds of others. We began using Priority One about 10 years ago to provide a Charter for us to fly to and from our Clinic visits. Their professionalism is literally second to none. They get our commercial flight info into the airport, arrange to pick us up at baggage claim and take us to the Aviation Service where they greet us, load our baggage and have us ready to depart on, or slightly ahead of the planned itinerary. Their Crews are highly competent, friendly and very helpful in getting us to and through Customs ( when applicable). We have flown in great weather and in some heavy weather and winds, and every trip has been remarkably comfortable and secure. I will continue to use them indefinitely and may start using them for longer flights as well to avoid a lot of the airport hustle and bustle you get these days. Our coordinator for the trips is equally amazing and fantastic, ( Ian, you know who you are! LOL) so we have to do very little, other than get him our flight info and show up ! Great job and my thanks to ALL involved with Priority One. You Rock!!!

Everything about our experience was truly excellent - from the customer service, booking support, updates, and the craft and crew. Ian was amazing and walked me through the process step-by-step with so much patience and knowledge. I will only use this company moving forward for all our private travel needs.

Service was great for securing a jet last minute flying from Italy to Germany. Within just a few hours, our service representative Ian was able to find us a few decent options within a drivable distance for us to make our way to our final destination. He was super helpful, helping uncover all the possible options for our situation. Both of our pilots were lovely and our ride in a Phenom 300E was very smooth (albeit very loud, not the best for talking - however we nonetheless moved the seats around into a makeshift bed and slept nearly the whole time very comfortably). Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a reliable service that will be able to assist with any of your needs during any timeframe!

Our itinerary was complex and last-minute. Ian accommodated everything without any issues. Our top choice for all our charter needs moving forward.

I was searching for a small jet to transport me, my cat and large dog from The Bahamas to Nevis in the West Indies. Nevis has a rather short runway and most jet services did not seem very confident that this would be possible.
