One of the best big FBOs anywhere. Great facilities, great rampers, often super busy but always willing to help. Tasty snacks inside, clean bathrooms, ACI will coordinate rental cars to be delivered from the agencies directly to the ACIJet parking lot if you call ACI and let them know the agency/name the booking is under. Fuel is generally reasonable even with the full service fuel truck, but taxi across to the self serve fuel island on the other side of 11/29 for even better pricing.

I had an excellent experience with both the rental car and customer service . The process was smooth, the staff was professional and friendly, and the car was in great condition. I highly recommend their services and will definitely choose them again in the future!

Flew in today with a student and was taken care soon as we got out the plane. Customer service was amazing and was greeted by everyone even while they were busy. Also the front desk lady Jasmine did an amazing job answering questions for my student and kept a very professional vibe. Love this place and will definitely come back more.

Beautiful facility, immaculately maintained. Staff are professoonal, welcoming and friendly. Great ammeneties in a bright, inspiring design. Hosts regular wine tasting from local wineries, and has fabulous views of the runway, planes landing and taking off.

Private flyers looking for professional meeting space at the airport will be well served at ACI Jet in San Luis Obispo. Excellent conference and meeting facilities, refreshments, snacks, and friendly staff to support your needs. Very impressive.
