The customer service agent, Jess, was incredibly helpful and patient while I tried to coordinate catering, fueling, pilots and passengers. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and willingness to assist me with my to do list. Will definitely use this FBO in the future.

Very disappointing Father’s Day experience at Air 7 in Camarillo. My son and I flew in expecting to have a nice day together. When we were told there was no crew car available, I completely understood. Things happen, and I had no issue with that. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and tried to help. Since the restaurant at or next to the FBO was closed for Father’s Day, she offered to have one of their employees give us a ride to a nearby restaurant. I was standing right there and heard her ask one of the employees if he could do it. He agreed and said yes. A few minutes later, however, we were told that they could no longer give us a ride. No explanation was provided, no apology, and no alternative solution was offered. That was the frustrating part. It wasn’t the fact that we couldn’t get a ride it was being told yes, hearing the employee agree to help, and then having the offer suddenly withdrawn without any communication. If you can’t do something, don’t offer it. And if circumstances change, at least have the courtesy to explain why the offer was retracted. To make matters worse, after leaving the FBO, our Uber driver canceled the trip. At that point, my son and I went back to the airplane and flew home to San Diego. Not exactly the Father’s Day outing we had planned. Customer service is about communication, follow through, and treating people with respect. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that standard. Based on this visit, we will not be returning.

Awesome experience at Air 7! We arrived in our Piper Meridian for a quick turn, lunch, and some jet-A. We were greeted with smiles, quick service, snacks, and a golf cart to help scoot us over to the Waypoint Cafe. CAA fuel price was excellent, as was the service. Air 7 does it right!

Ryan, Francis, Samantha & their Manager could not have been more pleasant, nice, accommodating, & fun. All smiles and good vibes from the second we taxied onto their ramp. The line guys quickly addressed all our needs and took care of our lav & water immediately upon arrival. They went above and beyond to help us with our luggage which helped us get on our way as quickly as possible (Very important for a 135 Flight Crew). Additionally they took the time to give us a ton of local recommendations & everyone we interacted with was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, even on a Friday afternoon.
