I'm sitting at the airport waiting for departure that should have been 1 hour ago. There's 2 planes on the tarmac and not one soul any where. No announcement no idea uf its canceled or what. Called the numbers shown no answer. Very typical, poor service and worse customer care

Theres nothing bad or wrong with this carrier, it's just small. We got there safly, on time and on budget. I'll fly with this carrier any day. They are just charter flights

Thought it was going to be horrible due to the previous reviews, but all flights were on time and quick and efficient. Definitely will use them again

Very irresponsible airline. I booked a trip for my mother, a senior, 4 days in advance to make sure she had a connecting flight to La Ceiba from Roatan, and didn't run into any issues as she has blood pressure issues, would have been traveling for a whole day and had nowhere to stay in Roatan. However, they ended up leaving her stranded in the island and waiting for a "possible next flight (even though it was the end of the day)" because they overbooked her flight. NEVER flying with them again and totally recommending every canadian tourist I know that visits Roatan to use Lanhsa instead!
