Incredible experience- everything from on-boarding to take-off to landing was an incredible experience. We even had a bride and groom on board and they went out of their way to decorate the plane for them. How special is that! The plane was new and comfortably fit 6 couples plus a few… I highly recommend Cirrus Aviation for all your private aviation needs.

Management is cocky and arrogant. They want wealthy idiots to take advantage of. Whether you are an aircraft owner looking to charter your plane or a charter client, you are better off looking elsewhere. Lots of empty promises, unanswered calls and emails, and unethical business practices. Be ready to run after them to get more empty promises.

Overall they did the job but they made some empty promises, and their manager was rude. We had to call back several times for updated trip sheets. Other groups were waiting to board when our passengers arrived, no flight tracking and very poor flight following. I hate to even write this review because we know a couple pilots there and not all their staff is abrasive. Hopefully they get these growing pains ironed out.
