This review is about professionalism and safety standards. From my experience with this operation, I did not see the level of accountability, communication, or safety-focused leadership that should exist in aviation. When concerns or questions came up, the responses felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. That is not the type of environment that builds trust in aircraft maintenance or operational decision-making. Aviation depends on clear procedures, respect for safety questions, and leadership that treats concerns seriously. That standard did not come across here. If you are considering training or renting aircraft, I strongly recommend asking direct questions about maintenance practices, discrepancy follow-up, and how safety concerns are handled before committing.
