I fly almost daily to commute to Block Island for work. Flights are easy to book and customer service is great. Excellent communication as well. Would recommend.

Excellent airline! Actually the best customer service I've experienced of any airline in 40 years of flying.On time. Very personalized and attention to detail. Clean plane, comfortable lounge style seats. The pilot was friendly and told us all the safety things. I could see all the cockpit controls during the flight, it was cool. Smooth flight, round trip STT to STX, March 2024. I actually had a customer service question and I got a detailed response from the president of the airline. I'm pretty sure the CEOs of one of the big airlines would not be replying to me :-)

Fly The Whale could go by FTW- For The Win! My round trip from St. Thomas to St. Croix was a great experience. Efficient boarding and comfortable seats made for an easy flight.
