If you care about people, communities and the environment you should not fly with Tradewind. It's one of the most careless and inconsiderate companies when it comes to environmental concerns and care for people and communities. They are one of the biggest noise and air polluters over New England and CT. Their planes fly dangerously low over residential areas practically 24-7 causing massive noise disturbance in communities and they could not care less.

Airplanes from Tradewind fly dangerously low over residential areas in the middle of the night and planes are exceptionally loud and cause significant noise pollution and disturbance which the ignorant company does not care about. Example (one of countless) GDP434 on 1st Dec 2025 cruising at less than 10.000 feet over residential areas in central CT after midnight creating excessive noise disturbance. This should and will be complained about with the FAA.

Top shelf aviation service. Great staff, and a fantastic location for aviation storage.

Our first experience on Tradewind was a treat! We flew their San Juan to Virgin Gorda route. From start to finish, we were treated like celebrities. The check-in at San Juan was simple and took less than ten minutes. It's lovely rolling up to the airport an hour early. However, we arrived early due to hotel check-out times and were glad we did. We got the full lounge experience. Free snacks, drinks, and comfy leather seats are available in their departure lounge. Some snacks were even small meals such as ham sandwiches if you are starving, and saved us money on airport prices. Security was seamless and located at the back of the lounge. The highlight of this airline is the Pilatus PC-12! It is a beautiful aircraft with four rows of seats. Our pilots on both flights were professional, and the landings were as smooth as ice. If you are ever flying between the islands - I highly recommend Tradewind 😊

I wanted to say how impressed I was with Tradewinds. Recently I was put in a bit of a traveling bind with my wife and two kids due to the mismanagement of one of the major airlines (thanks for nothing JB). I reached out to Tradewinds and it was like the mayor of Gotham has put up the Bat Light because they swooped in like super heroes and within a few short hours the Tradewinds team had a solution for us. If traveling and you want service and reliability look to Tradewinds.
