One of the Best FBOs for customer service! Cynthia(Super Friendly)took us to and from the train station to Chicago. All of or needs and our customers needs were met.

First time coming here and I was surprised at the cleanliness of the Jet Center and the friendliness of the staff. Overall everything seemed well coordinated and ran smoothly. The ramp agents bust their butts to get the job done and do it right and as a former airline employee that’s greatly appreciated and are the backbone to making the ground ops work.

The Facilities are first class and the service is superb! They go above and Beyond. My 6yr old daughters headset adjustment nob fell off, never to be found. The maintenance department came up with a fix which is just as good as, if not better than original! I highly recommend them if you are flying to the Chicago area.

Great experience. Wonderful espresso machine. Well worth the trip for at least the espresso :). Staff was extremely helpful. Facility was clean. Prices were right in line for a nice facilities like this. I hope I get to go back.
