PrivateFlite Aviation has by far the best customer service in the aviation industry. Even if they don't have a plane in their fleet available, they take the time and use their resources to find one. They have definitely become my "go to" company when needing a plane.

PrivateFlite provided a top-notch flying experience delivered through a dynamic team of professionals who ensured an on-time departure and arrival. And, the ground crew was attentive to us from the moment we arrived at the airport.

The staff and crew at PrivateFlite are exceptionally customer oriented. That means a lot to me since I always give that to my clients. Kelly and Huntley greeted me when I arrived, and you would have thought I was a VIP. Ha! Every time I am there I am greeted with a personal touch but without the fuss making me feel part of the family. It is also very important to me that we leave and arrive on time and they make that a priority. Meeting the pilots is always appreciated. The flight was smooth, and they communicated with us all the way with updates on weather conditions, etc. Flying with PrivateFlite removes all the hassles with flying commercial. Private Flite Aviation in one of the finest FBO's in the country. You start off walking into a beautiful brand new facility and immediately greeted with a first class staff run by Kelly Lurz and the best sales guy, Huntley Ward. They are engaging and make you feel right at home. They have multiple amenities such as coffee, snacks and other beverages to load up before jumping on one of their multiple light and larger jets. The owner, Todd Strause, takes great pride in having super nice and clean jets with 2 light weight Citation Bravo's and also 2 beautiful Citation Sovereign's that are all available for Charter at a competitive price.
