Jackson Jet Center has been great to work with. Huge shout-out to Brett and Megan for their outstanding customer service — they always go out of their way to make sure I’m taken care of as a tenant and that our aircraft are fueled and ready to go. Over the past year especially, the CSR team has made noticeable improvements. Communication, responsiveness, and overall professionalism have all stepped up. Appreciate the consistency and support. It makes a big difference when you’re trying to keep operations running smoothly. Highly recommend.

Terrible Customer Service: I made a reservation through FlightBridge in September requesting Hangar for 9 nights, GPU and fuel on departure. Not once did anyone contact me regarding my requests. I have been flying 40 + years. I have been using FlightBridge for 5. I have, not one time, NOT been contacted when I put in a request for Hangar or GPU just to confirm pricing, etc. I arrived at Jackson Jet Center, was parked by the line staff, who CONFIRMED the GPU and Hangar. I went inside to check-in and provide information and once again, GPU, pull-up time, AND HANGAR were all confirmed by the customer service rep at the desk. At 8pm in the evening I was called and told my aircraft would NOT be in a hangar and would only be put in if the local tenants were not there and at that, I would be pulled in and out as needed. They advertise over 100,000sf of hangar space. This is a very expensive aircraft and I do not appreciate leaving it outside nor it being man-handled on a daily basis. The manager that I spoke to that evening was rude and condescending trying to place all the blame on me when they were the ones who, a): never communicated, and b:) line staff and customer service BOTH told me hangar was taken care of. If I had known all of this, I would have gone to a different airport. I will NEVER go back to Jackson Jet Center. Maybe I should have called, but have never had to in the past. Reviews were good so I assumed I would be taken care of. Instead, I was treated rudely and my multi-million dollar aircraft left on the ramp in the rain/snow/ice. Next day I called AVCenter at the Nampa airport. They were very friendly and most accommodating, having a hangar available at the spur of the moment to accommodate my horrible experience at Jackson Jet Center. Go to Nampa, it's just 20 miles down the road. Avoid Jackson Jet Center.

If you have to fly through Boise, I’d use Jackson Jet Center over BOI. I’ve transited through Jackson Jet Center for more than 10 years and witnessed a steady improvement - probably due to Steve’s leadership on site. Thanks Steve!

Stopped in with an SR for overnight at KBOI and visit to CTC Dawson Executive Aviation. FANTASTIC service with Jenner and the Jackson Jet Center team to get easy convenient access to my aircraft, car rental, services for the SRM and a cozy spot in the hangar…all for reasonable prices and a FIRST CLASS experience. Drop in and say hi to the folks here—you won’t be disappointed. 🤘
