Jet .aviation new security guy. Very unprofessional. I had to repeat to him four times tail number. He says you have to repeat as many times I ask you. That's very unprofessional second time in 2 days happened to me at the same FBO never happened before and the people inside . They're not coming out to help clients with the luggage. That's just sitting and chit-chatting

Flew on an Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300 private jet with JetOptions LLC from Teterboro airport to Chicago on a Sunday late in June. Thanks to a generous interviewer for sponsoring this. They were top-notch in their communication, informing me in advance about the flight timings, answering all my questions, keeping me notified. This was my first time flying on a private jet. Got to the airport around 15 minutes before scheduled departure time, and one of the pilots greeted me, checked my ID, and walked me straight to the aircraft. I was the only passenger alongside 2 pilots. Awesome experience! When I got into the Uber in Manhattan, I had initially given him the address of 111 Industrial Ave. Good thing I texted JetOptions to confirm, and they immediately replied asking me to change it to 112 Charles Lindbergh Drive. Figured out later that the two addresses are a couple of miles apart. The staff throughout were very friendly. The pilots even took a photo of me with the aircraft to show to my family.

Always a great fbo. Great staff and management! Close to all New York!!!!
