I cannot speak more highly of Air Fleet. I completed my PPL training from start to finish with this school and it could not have gone better. Every instructor that I have interacted with is top notch, management is great, and the fleet of aircraft is very well maintained. With an emphasis on safety and building a foundation as a competent pilot, Air Fleet will set you up for success wherever your aviation journey takes you. I will be continuing my training with them and couldn't be happier thus far!

I trained with Air Fleet when I was working towards my PPL and was blown away by their professionalism throughout the entire experience. The second time I ever walked in the door the staff at the front desk was already greeting me by my first name after only being there once before. Everyone is friendly and always truly seemed to care about my journey as a student pilot. They consistently celebrated milestones with me, asked about where I was at with training, how I was feeling, and of course if there was anything I ever needed from them. I worked with a few instructors throughout my training and they each pushed me to become a better pilot in different ways. I can't say enough good things about the staff, the quality (cleanliness, availability, maintenance, etc.) of the planes, and the overall experience. One more nice thing is they work exclusively with a DPE so once you’re ready for your checkride the wait will never be all that long.. usually a few weeks to a month at most. I’ve read horror stories about people being on wait lists for months, and with rescheduling due to weather being so common it could really turn into a mess. It’s a relief not having that stress to worry about on top of training and keeping current. Now that I have my PPL I’ve been renting planes from them a few times a month to keep current, and I feel their rental policies are fair. I hope to start instrument training with them in the near future when the time is right for me personally, but until then I still feel like part of the Air Fleet family. I would absolutely recommend training with them if there’s any doubt in your mind!

I recently had the opportunity to visit and fly with this incredible flight school in New Jersey, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I could tell this is a truly professional, safety-focused operation. The facility is well organized, the aircraft are clean and well-maintained, and the entire environment feels like a serious professional training environment. If you’re looking for high-quality flight training in New Jersey, this is absolutely the place. What impressed me most were the experienced instructors. They are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in student success. Whether you’re pursuing a Private Pilot License (PPL), working toward your Instrument Rating, building hours for your Commercial Pilot License, or continuing into CFI training, the instruction is structured and clear. Their pilot training program is both thorough and motivating. This is an outstanding flight school near New York City, just outside New York City and easily worth the commute from NYC. It’s an easy drive from Manhattan and truly serves the entire NYC metro area while being located in New Jersey. If you’re searching for a serious NYC area flight school with real standards, this is it. They offer both Part 61 training and operate as a Part 141 flight school, which is a huge advantage depending on your goals. The structured training program makes it ideal for students pursuing airline career training, while still being flexible enough for those starting aviation as a passion. During my flight, I felt completely confident in the aircraft and instruction. The team is clearly career-oriented, and the atmosphere supports growth at every level. It’s a perfect place to start aviation training, and it’s also great for career pilots who are serious about progressing efficiently. If you are looking for a reputable flight school in New Jersey that delivers real results, I highly recommend them. The supportive instructors, strong safety culture, and organized training pathway truly help students reach their goals. Whether you’re beginning your journey with a PPL or planning a long-term airline career, this school is absolutely worth considering.

I’ve been training with Air Fleet Training since 2022, and I can’t say enough about how outstanding this flight school is. Alexey and Elena, the owners, are truly some of the nicest and most dedicated people you could hope to meet. They genuinely care about their students and the quality of the training they provide. What really sets Air Fleet apart is the level of professionalism and organization. I’ve flown with many instructors over the years for both my instrument rating and commercial certificate, completing a mix of Part 141 and Part 61. Every instructor I’ve worked with has been knowledgeable, supportive, and highly professional. Their fleet is also a huge plus. They operate a strong selection of Cessna 172S aircraft, including brand new G1000-equipped planes, as well as Pipistrel Alpha trainers and a Redbird Simulator. The airplanes are impeccably maintained, largely thanks to having their own in-house maintenance. That makes a big difference, both in safety and in minimizing downtime when issues arise. Another major advantage is accessibility. For anyone living in New York City, this is one of the most convenient airports for flight training, which makes scheduling and commuting far easier than at many other schools. I also really appreciate that Air Fleet allows you to rent their aircraft even after completing your training. Most schools don’t offer that option, and it’s incredibly important to me because beyond earning ratings, I genuinely enjoy flying—whether it’s taking friends up for a short flight or just keeping proficient. I couldn’t recommend Air Fleet Training more highly. It’s an outstanding flight school run by people who truly care about aviation and their students.

I have started my training in this school a couple weeks ago, such a great experience. I love everything about this place, especially stuff. Everybody is very nice and welcoming and I truly enjoy everything second in here. In the last 3 flights my instructor was Alexey, and he is an absolutely wonderful person who passionately explained to me every detail of the process. Even though I was a little nervous during my first flight, he was here with me and encouraged me saying how good I am doing. Overall, it is such an amazing place. I would recommend it to everyone who’s is interested in it!
