Such an awesome experience with JSX. First time flying with my wife and our Shih Tzu, this was truly an unforgettable experience. From lobby area, check in, being able to have our dog on our lap, flight attendants service all of it was phenomenal. So great makes me look into wanting to look for job opportunities. Thank you JSX!

I wish there was a zero star option. Terrible waiting area with uncomfortable furniture. Not a single friendly employee. You have to pay for bottles of water. There is no bar or any alcohol of any kind. Boarded a flight they kept us sitting in the plane for over a hour pilot said ok we are next just waiting on one more plane to land. 20 minutes later and we are taxiing back to the gate to deplane and wait for a new plane. I hated this experience at this place and with JSX so much I hope this review prevents you from wasting your money on this like I did. Just fly first class on a commercial airline this is a garbage company masquerading as a luxury brand. SAVEY YOUR MONEY

Finally flew JSX and I sure wish I had earlier. I am Executive Platinum with American Airlines and let me tell you.....I will pick JSX now anytime I can. The level of service, convenience and value blows away AA and their unrequited value and loyalty.

First time flying with them, and oh how great it was. Getting to the hangar only 45 minutes before your flight, easy access, no long lines, flight smooth as could be, complimentary snacks & drinks, oh and wifi! Definitely will use again

First class / private jet experience for a fraction of the price. What makes it an enjoyable experience are the people. This is how flying was meant to be done. Everything from the check in, baggage handling, security screening to on board attendant and pilot make it a great flight.
