After researching this company and reading multiple employee reviews, I personally became uncomfortable with the operational concerns being discussed online. Some reviews mentioned management issues, dysfunction, and even safety-related concerns, which was enough for me to decide not to move forward. Private aviation already requires an ENORMOUS amount of trust, and this didn’t leave me with any confidence. Luxury branding is one thing — actual long-term confidence and safety is another.

We have used Leviate twice, both times on short notice, and when we needed it most. The customer service here is out of this world. The attention to detail and planning flawless. The pilots were fun, engaging and communicative. The boarding on and off the plane was awesome. In one of the cases (at a small airport in Michigan) our pick-up was able to drive their truck literally to the back of the plane to unload luggage and supplies. Also want to thank the team for nice touches like fruit plates, cheese boards, and drinks waiting for us after a long day. Top notch!
